What Is Reiki?

The Japanese word 'Reiki' means universal energy and it is used to describe a gentle energy technique working with the natural bio-magnetic fields of the body.

It works holistically - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually to promote a sense of calm and well-being.

A Reiki session is non-diagnostic, non-manipulative and no pressure is applied. It can be experienced as a warmth, coolness or flow of energy though the body. The sessions are deeply relaxing allowing the body to settle into a healing state and providing a great antidote to the stresses of everyday life.

What Is Massage?

Massage is a treatment that aims to relax, revive and heal the body. Using manual hands-on movements and manipulation of the soft tissues and muscles in the body, massage therapy works to promote healing and well-being.

What are the benefits of Nature Walks?

A walk in the woods is always a pleasure, but sometimes we walk through Nature instead of consciously being in it. Taking the time to still the mind and connect, whilst in Nature, amplifies the benefits astoundingly. I will guide small walking groups to make connection with the natural surroundings and take quiet moments of reflection, guided meditation and self massage.

What to expect?

The sessions are provided on a treatment couch in a comfortable, safe and welcoming space. Relaxing music and essential oils can be used to enhance the tranquil ambiance depending on the requirements of the client.

Reiki can be provided with hands on or hands just above the body. The client remains fully clothed at all time- so remember to wear something comfortable. 

Massage requires access to the areas to be treated and the client will be required to undress accordingly.

Nature walks will take place in natural surroundings in and around Droitwich.
